Took a 2019 Mazda CX3 in for an inspection and oil change. Allen was courteous, friendly, and professional. He kept me informed of what was going on with the vehicle. The video the technician sent of the inspection was awesome. Great communication flow between members of the team. The place was clean and offered refreshments while waiting. Overall, it was a good experience and will return.

Service department was phenomenal. We were in Webster from out of town when my truck would not start after check in. We had the truck towed to Ron Carter and they were able to get us back up and running the next day! They were even able to pick me up from the hotel to bring me to the dealership to pick up the truck! Chad was our service advisor and he kept us informed every step of the way. The oil and filter change was completed quickly, and the team also identified an oil leak during the inspection.
