I wanted to share the exceptional service I received from Len Hill. I had been looking for a GMC AT4X Canyon for about a week or so and found out that this vehicle was very hard to find, especially in Black. I finally met Len Hill. Len found the car within a couple of days, had it shipped from Dallas to Alvin in one day. My father and I showed up the next day and completed the transaction. Len provided excellent service, including a smooth transparent price for the vehicle. Len was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. Also, the Finance Manager Santiago Bernel was very accommodating as my down payment was slightly lower than expected. I was very pleased with the way this transaction was handled by Ron Carter GMC. Brought my car in to get three recalls fixed. Setting up the appointment was easy. When I arrived, all I had to do was drop my car off and they even made sure I had a way home. I was able to pick my car up at 4pm that day. They sent me an informative video explaining possible upcoming maintenance on my car. They offered my other services without being pushy. I plan to get my car maintenance done here from now on.

I was able to find a beautiful 2023 Corvette 2LT that was for sale at Steve Rayman's Chevy. Being in Florida, I was a little hesitant to purchase a vehicle remotely, but the team at Steve Rayman made it a seemly process. During my transaction, I had the pleasure of working with Ryan, Nahide, and Kiavash. I initially submitted an online request, and Ryan reached out first thing Monday morning. Following a brief conversation of the situation, I received a video of the car showing all the details and potential concerns. Shortly thereafter, Ryan's sales manager, Nahide, called and we easily negotiated the price of the vehicle. She was very professional and logical in her negotiations, and we were able to come up with a deal that made sense for both sides. Following this, Kiavash took over to finalize the deal and process all the paperwork. Even with the need to have documents overnighted and wet signed, we had the deal finalized without any hassle. From there, Ryan took back over and kept in contact with me until the vehicle was delivered to my driveway. From submitting my online inquiry to having the vehicle delivered took 6 days. It was easy to get a service appointment quickly (the following day) for an oil change and tire rotation. Their shuttle service was valuable to me since I didnt need to be away from home long. The shuttle driver was very cordial and friendly.

I had my vehicle in for it's first oil change. I was told on the phone it could take up to four hours. With several other customers ahead of me, that's exactly how long it took. The waiting room was clean with refreshments and snacks available. I was given an option for my vehicle to be washed, which I accepted. Overall, a good experience given the distance I drove from Santa Rosa Beach.

Just bought a new Ram 2500 and love it. Salesman Gabriel was great and very helpful with everything. Had a little problem with an alarm I didn't recognize. Went back and talked with Gabriel and explained everything and immediately had it checked by service. Everything worked out well. Go to Ron Carter in Alvin and get the best service and deals around. What enjoy the most at Singing River Honda of Florence. The good customer service everyone there was really nice especially Mr Connor Jackson. My salesperson and in the finance Mrs.Jackie they were very helpful I drove a hour and 30 minutes to get there l was very pleased with the service I experienced. They listen to what type of car I was looking for the price range and the monthly payment I really appreciate that.
