Explore the All-New 2025 BMW M5 Touring: Power Meets Practicality

The 2025 BMW M5 Touring redefines what it means to drive a high-performance sports wagon. Returning to the U.S. market for the first time in decades, this long-roof M5 combines BMW's legendary M performance with everyday utility, making it a thrilling and functional choice for driving enthusiasts and families alike. With a hybrid powertrain, cutting-edge technology, and aggressive design, the new M5 Touring is set to make a bold statement on American roads.

At the heart of the 2025 BMW M5 Touring lies a new plug-in hybrid powertrain that fuses a twin-turbocharged V8 engine with an advanced electric motor. This setup delivers a staggering 717 horsepower and 738 lb-ft of torque, making it the most powerful M5 ever produced. Acceleration is as brutal as it is smooth, launching from 0 to 60 mph in just over 3 seconds. The electric motor also enables limited all-electric driving, ideal for short commutes or city cruising, all while maintaining BMW's hallmark performance.

The 2025 M5 Touring boasts a commanding presence on the road. With its wider stance, sculpted M-specific bodywork, and aggressive front fascia, this model looks every bit as potent as it performs. Enlarged air intakes, a gloss black kidney grille, flared wheel arches, and aerodynamic side skirts all contribute to its performance-driven aesthetic. Around back, a roof-mounted spoiler and quad exhaust outlets signal its motorsport roots.

Inside, the M5 Touring offers a cabin that is both opulent and driver-focused. The cockpit features BMW's Curved Display, combining a 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster with a 14.9-inch infotainment screen powered by the latest iDrive system. M-specific graphics, carbon fiber accents, and Merino leather upholstery set a high-performance tone. At the same time, the wagon body style ensures plenty of rear cargo space, making it ideal for weekend getaways or daily errands.

The return of the BMW M5 Touring to the U.S. represents a unique opportunity for American drivers to experience the perfect blend of utility and high-performance driving. As one of the few true high-performance wagons available in the market, it stands apart from traditional SUVs and sedans by offering a driving experience that's both visceral and versatile. The 2025 M5 Touring continues the M legacy of delivering motorsport-inspired engineering in a practical package.
