Very good experience. So much better than when I recently bought a car in the Huntsville area. As an out-of-state buyer from Atlanta, I needed to be confident before moving forward and Johnny exceeded expectations from the start. When an AC compressor issue was identified, he proactively had it addressed by his technicians before I arrived. He clearly communicated when the vehicle was marked sold and ensured everything was ready before I flew in. Slight downside: longer wait than expected despite the appointment (likely parts/volume). Still, worth it for BMW-specific expertiserecommended for Destin-area owners.

Had an issue with parts/service. Essentially was given the wrong part, was kind and respectful about it and they not only gave me the right part after but went above and beyond and did the labor for free. Very nice to have a dealer that stands by their work and reputation. Cecil in parts is great to work with as well as service. While expensive, their service quality reflects the price and they take care of their people. Would recommend coming here for service related needs if you have the money.

This was my first visit to Singing River Honda. Im on my third Honda because of my previous dealership. Hardin Honda in California. They were exceptional. They always took such good care of me. I never felt any reason to be unsure about what they said or what needed servicing. One time I had to go to Norm Reeves Honda. Was worst experience at any dealership ever. I know nothing about cars so I want to be able to trust the service department. I felt that trust at Singing River Honda right away. They took very good care of me from start to finish. I was able to text any questions and got answers right away. The video message of my cars check up was new to me. But thats a great feature. Abbey M. was my service representative and she was wonderful, kind and informative. My first experience with Singing River I would say picked up where Hardin Honda left off. Thank you Singing River.
