10 out of 10 recommend. First and foremost this establishment was very clean, very spacious. Fresh, vibrant museum like feel to the robust showroom adorned with classic to unique colorways ever seen. Consumers were just as great as the overall team from my observation ; that itself can only come from a healthy environment servicing. What truthfully meant the most of all was the fact they were comfortable being themselves at no point did this unexplainable vibe go away to the point you couldnt help but feel peace. Diligent as they were well dressed and highly professional. At no point did I feel rushed, uncomfortable, schemed scammed nor gaslit. Authenticity is rare. From the bikes on floor to the Keurig I cant say enough good things about this place. Driving being an headache in itself, and with gasoline high as it is and to say it was worth it would be an understatement. The person who actually found this place suffers from anxiety; never seen em so calm. Dont blindly take my word for it. Youd have to go see for yourself. Ms. Connie I spoke to originally great woman off the day of so Cheryl I can only presume to be an extension of her amazing to say the least deserves a promotion. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship here.

Bought a new Beach Cruiser 4x4 over the weekend at Ron Carter. Best experience in over 10 years! Salesperson knew all models bumper to bumper. Juan Casas showed me 5 Chevys within my budget it so difficult to make a choice they were all so Gorgeous! The Financial Office gave me a deal of a Lifetime! And it didn't take several hours like over at Monument Chevrolet. Ron Carter had me in that financial office loan approved, warranty, an absolute low APR rate, and paid top dollar for my trade in all in just 30 minutes. I was off to the beach for Spring Break in no time. My advice hurry to Ron Carter Chevrolet for "Truck Month" to get your deal. They treated me like family and gave me an Awesome 4x4 Chevy digital dash I felt I was in Star Wars!

I wanted to share the exceptional service I received from Len Hill. I had been looking for a GMC AT4X Canyon for about a week or so and found out that this vehicle was very hard to find, especially in Black. I finally met Len Hill. Len found the car within a couple of days, had it shipped from Dallas to Alvin in one day. My father and I showed up the next day and completed the transaction. Len provided excellent service, including a smooth transparent price for the vehicle. Len was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. Also, the Finance Manager Santiago Bernel was very accommodating as my down payment was slightly lower than expected. I was very pleased with the way this transaction was handled by Ron Carter GMC. Brought my car in to get three recalls fixed. Setting up the appointment was easy. When I arrived, all I had to do was drop my car off and they even made sure I had a way home. I was able to pick my car up at 4pm that day. They sent me an informative video explaining possible upcoming maintenance on my car. They offered my other services without being pushy. I plan to get my car maintenance done here from now on.

I was able to find a beautiful 2023 Corvette 2LT that was for sale at Steve Rayman's Chevy. Being in Florida, I was a little hesitant to purchase a vehicle remotely, but the team at Steve Rayman made it a seemly process. During my transaction, I had the pleasure of working with Ryan, Nahide, and Kiavash. I initially submitted an online request, and Ryan reached out first thing Monday morning. Following a brief conversation of the situation, I received a video of the car showing all the details and potential concerns. Shortly thereafter, Ryan's sales manager, Nahide, called and we easily negotiated the price of the vehicle. She was very professional and logical in her negotiations, and we were able to come up with a deal that made sense for both sides. Following this, Kiavash took over to finalize the deal and process all the paperwork. Even with the need to have documents overnighted and wet signed, we had the deal finalized without any hassle. From there, Ryan took back over and kept in contact with me until the vehicle was delivered to my driveway. From submitting my online inquiry to having the vehicle delivered took 6 days.
