The Badar Family Office today announced the acquisition of McLaren Charlotte and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Charlotte, marking its entry into the ultra-luxury automotive market. The new luxury, exotic, and high-line dealerships will become part of the newly established ZT Automotive Collection, a portfolio owned by the Badar Family Office. The portfolio will be operated by ZT Automotive, also owned by the Badar Family Office, which has managed and grown the automotive portfolio since 2014. It adds McLaren, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Koenigsegg, Czinger and Midwest Automotive Designs to its roster of brands.
The acquisition adds two dealership locations, expanding ZT Automotive’s footprint to 18 dealerships across the Southeast.
